What can gift cards be used for?
Gift cards can be used toward RV or tent sites, for any length of stay.
Can I choose any amount for my gift card?
You can choose an amount that works for you, from $25 – $1000
Do your gift cards expire?
No. Our gift cards have no expiry date—you can use them whenever you’re ready to book your stay.
Are there any fees for buying or using a gift card?
No. There are no extra fees for purchasing or redeeming a gift card.
Can I buy multiple gift cards at once?
Yes. Simply add each gift card to your cart. If you’d like to send them to different recipients, you can provide their details during checkout.
Will I receive a physical gift card or an e-gift card?
We send e-gift cards by email to the recipient you choose at the time of purchase.
How do I redeem a gift card?
Choose your RV or tent site and the dates for your stay. On the payment page, enter your gift card details, and the amount will be applied to your booking.
What happens if my reservation is less than the gift card value?
Any remaining balance will stay on your gift card for future use.
Can I transfer a gift card to someone else?
Yes. If you’d like to give your gift card to someone else, you’re welcome to do so. OK
How do I check the balance on my gift card?

Can I return a gift card for a refund?
Gift cards are non-refundable, however you’re welcome to pass your gift card on to someone else
What should I do if I misplace my gift card?
Just send us an email, and we’ll resend your gift card details.
