Park Policies

Our common courtesy policies are in place for the benefit and safety of all guests and visitors.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: Anytime after 1:00 PM on your arrival day

Check-out: By 11:00 AM on your departure day

Cancelation policy

Reservations may be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival and will receive a full refund, minus a $25 administration fee.

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival (for stays of 7 nights or less) will receive a reservation credit instead of a refund.

Reservation credits are subject to availability and expire at the end of the same camping season.

Changes to your reservation are always free.

Early departures are not eligible for refund.

Speed Limit

Our campground has a maximum speed limit of 15 km/hour. A good rule of thumb: if your foot is off the brake, you are driving over the speed limit.

Vehicle Parking

For public safety reasons, no vehicles are allowed to be parked on the streets. Visitors, excess vehicles and ATV/boat trailers must be parked in the surplus parking area located at the corner of Cook and Waterview lane.

Pets are welcome

All pets must be on a leash at all times. No pets are to be tied outside and/or left unsupervised. Owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets and properly disposing of waste in the dedicated dog waste station or garbage bin. Pets must be kept quiet so as to avoid becoming a nuisance to other campers.

Site upkeep

Lessees are responsible for keeping their sites in a clean and tidy state, free of debris or garbage of any kind. Household garbage must never be left outside at any time. To avoid attracting unsuspecting wildlife, all garbage must be immediately disposed of in the commercial metal garbage box located near the parking lot at the corner of Cook Lane and Waterview lane.

Campfires

All campfires must be contained inside the designated steel fire pit/stove provided at each campsite.

Fire pits/stoves may only be moved within the gravel boundaries of your site.

Campers must comply with all provincial and regional fire bans.

We may impose additional campground-specific fire restrictions should conditions become unsafe.

Campers are responsible for staying updated on provincial guidelines:

Firewood

Firewood bundles are available beside our facility building at a fair and reasonable price. Payments follow the honour system — cash must be deposited into the metal payment box located inside the laundry room.

Only seasoned firewood may be burned.

As per CFIA regulations, campers may only bring or use firewood grown and harvested within New Brunswick, to prevent the spread of harmful insects.

Subletting

Lessees may not rent out or sublet their sites and/or campers without prior written approval from campground management.

ATVs

All-terrain vehicles are not allowed to drive on the campground streets except when leaving or arriving from the ATV trails which are located outside the campground. ATVs are to be parked and stored in their dedicated trailer when not in use.

ATVs and boat trailers

ATV and boat trailers belonging to our campers are to be stored in the dedicated parking lot on the corner of Cook Lane and Waterview Lane.

Quiet time

Out of respect for your fellow campers, please avoid loud music or making excessive noise during the day. Quiet time is from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Fireworks

For the safety, comfort, and well-being of all guests — and to prevent forest fires — fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited anywhere on campground property.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the campground without refund.

Lawn mowing and grounds maintenance

Lawncare and maintenance are the responsibility of the campground staff.

Site improvements

RV site improvements such as decks and other constructions require prior approval from management and are solely at the expense of the lessee.

Rest Rooms & Showers

Restrooms are open 24/7, except during scheduled closures for cleaning and sanitizing.

Please help us maintain cleanliness and notify staff if an area requires attention between scheduled cleanings.

Our park operates on a septic system — only toilet tissue may be flushed. All other products (including wipes) must be disposed of in the garbage.

Early Spring and Fall water protocol

All RV sites are equipped with specialized frost-free water taps, which ensure that the water is siphoned down approximately 3 feet below ground.

All water hoses must be disconnected from the campground water supply before any unusual subzero cold snaps. This will ensure that you will always have water available to fill your tanks when required.

Smoking/Vaping

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all campground buildings and facilities.

Garbage Dumpster

The onsite dumpster is for regular household waste only.

We are not equipped to accept bulky or oversized items.

Large items cannot be disposed of without prior approval from management, and additional dumping fees may apply.

General, Waiver, Release of Claims and Liability

By booking and entering our campground, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with camping, outdoor recreation and river activities, which include—but are not limited to—uneven natural terrain and all river-related conditions. You agree that the use of our campground property and facilities is entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and hold harmless the campground and its owners, officers, managers, employees, contractors, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your presence on the premises or participation in campground activities, including those caused by the negligence of the Released Parties.

3. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from all claims, actions, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) brought by yourself, minors or wards in your care, guests you invite, or third parties, arising from your actions, negligence, rule violations, or failure to supervise minors or pets.

4. CONSENT TO MEDICAL TREATMENT

You consent to medical care and transportation initiated by campground staff, volunteers, or medical professionals as deemed appropriate. This Waiver extends to any liability arising from such treatment or transportation.

5. SPECIAL CONDITIONS
A. Pet Waiver

You accept full responsibility for your pets and any damages, injuries, disturbances, or claims resulting from their behaviour. Pets must remain under full control at all times.

B. River Access Waiver

You acknowledge risks associated with natural river areas, including slippery rocks, steep banks, currents, and unpredictable terrain. You assume all responsibility for injuries or incidents related to river access.

C. Tenting Site Risk Notice

You acknowledge that tenting sites may contain uneven terrain, exposed roots, steep grade changes, and higher exposure to environmental conditions. You assume all risks associated with using these areas.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Waiver is governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick. Any litigation shall be brought exclusively within the Province of New Brunswick.

7. BINDING EFFECT

This Waiver is binding upon your heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns.

Non-compliance of our  policies may result in your eviction from the campground premises without reimbursement.
